A few things that are a little odd with the little engine. For example there is a restricotr plate incorperated into the throttle blade itself, allowing for a simulated late opening secondary throttle balde. It also seems to wind out better once the engine has reached 2500 rpms. This could be due to the restrictor.

Other than that it is a very well balanced engine and gets decent gas milage for a V-6...But it still isn't a V-8.
