New for the 2001 model year the Xtreme Blazer borrows many of its body stylings from the popular Xtreme S-10. Unlike the S-10, the Blazer is only equiped with the 190 HP 4.3L V-6. It is also equiped with a 3.42:1 positraction differential and all wheel ABS disc brakes.

The only real problem is that the truck didn't sit level from the fatory. It comes lowered from the stock 2 wheel drive blazer 3 inches in the front and 2 inces in the rear but it still had a 70's 2 inch sport rake. This had to go. Pictures of the fix can be found in the modifications section.

Future plans include the addition of an LS-1 and true dual exhaust, well once the warrenty runs out this might occur.
